At autoSQD, we want you to be satisfied with your auto[SQD] subscription. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for paid subscriptions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Your most recent invoice is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of payment. This applies to both new subscriptions and recurring monthly charges.

Older invoices (those beyond the most recent billing cycle) are not eligible for refund. Only the last invoice paid may be refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@autosqd.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge you wish to be refunded
  • The reason for your refund request

4. Processing Timeline

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. What Happens After a Refund

  • Your paid subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period
  • Your account will revert to the Free tier
  • AI credits from the refunded period that have already been used will not be clawed back

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made more than 30 days after the most recent payment
  • The account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • The request relates to an invoice other than the most recent one

7. Free Tier

The Free tier of auto[SQD] has no associated charges and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
